VISA TO RUSSIA

Tourist and business visas available:

• Tourist visa to Russia (cannot be processed earlier then 90 days before your entry date to Russia.)
• Business visa to Russia (cannot be processed earlier then 45 days before your entry date to Russia.)

RUSSIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Your original passport (with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia)
• One passport size photo
• One completed, print and signed application form (all other visa application forms are no longer accepted).
• Check-payment to TravelFlex
• Prepaid envelope with your return address (for sending back your visa). You may also include an additional $25 ($38 to AK or HI) with your visa processing fee and we'll send your visa and passport by Federal Express.
• HIV test results (ONLY for visa valid for more than 3 months)
• Citizens of countries other than the USA are required to submit a copy of the US work visa or "Green Card"

Russian Visa Registration Information:

By Russian law you are required to register your visa within 72 hours of arrival to Russia. When you're staying at a hotel, the reception clerk will register your visa automatically upon check in. In case you are not staying at a hotel, your Russian host will need to go with you to a local Post Office and submit a Notice of Arrival form on your behalf with their name and address as the receiving party (the form has to be filled out in Russian). The form is mailed to a local branch of the Federal Migration Service (post offices have all instructions and addresses). You will need to include copies of your passport, Russian visa and Migration Card with the form when you mail it. Immediately after you leave Russia (or the city you registered in), your host will need to mail in a Notice of Departure to the FMS with your departure date specified.

We strongly recommend to follow visa registration requirements to avoid any possible complications upon departure from Russia.
